A Little About Me
I’m Nesa K. Johnson, a Human Resources and Talent Management leader with over 18 years experience influencing leaders and teams in global organizations, large and small. I consider myself lucky to be in a career that is dynamic, has the ability to positively impact people, and challenges me to use not only my head, but my heart as well. Career coaching is a natural off-shoot of my career journey, and I am motivated to help others define and find success on their own paths.
Born and raised in Houston, TX in a multi-cultural family, I grew up in my family’s restaurant business which taught me ownership, creativity, and accountability from a young age. I love a good conversation, a good book, and traveling to anywhere with a beach. Music may be my true love in life, and if we have that passion in common, we’re going to be friends.
Today, I am based in the greater Los Angeles, CA area where I live with my husband who loves to write and dog who loves to bark at delivery people.
